Precautions for use

1. Regularly observe and check the oil supply status of the oil pump when starting the machine. If there is no oil in the oil mirror, immediately stop the machine for maintenance.

2. When selecting the desired speed, it is necessary to manually rotate the cutter head or electrical points to understand the spindle rotation before changing speed. It is strictly prohibited to change speed during continuous spindle rotation.

3. When milling the feed, the clamping handle of the milling head should be first released, and then the feed should be carried out according to the milling requirements. After the feed is completed, the milling head should be re clamped.

4. During rapid or automatic feed milling, the workbench should not be moved to two extremes to avoid damaging the screw rod.

5. When reversing the workbench, it is necessary to first stop the reversing handle in the middle position before reversing. Remember not to directly reverse.

6. When milling a flat surface with a power head, it is necessary to use a cutter head with four or more cutting heads, and choose the appropriate cutting amount to prevent vibration during machine tool milling.
