The pile construction information system is a set of systems designed specifically for quality management of micro porous cast-in-place pile construction. The system consists of four main parts: collection equipment installed on the pile driver, positioning differential system, cloud service platform, and mobile APP. The real-time data collected by the system is uploaded to the management platform, and the warning information is triggered by the threshold set according to the construction specifications, and sent to the user management personnel. After on-site verification, problem handling, result confirmation and other business processes, the process management of micro hole grouting pile construction is realized to ensure project quality.
The hardware integrates various devices such as GPS/Beidou high-precision positioning and orientation terminals, GNSS antennas, tilt sensors, depth sensors, etc. These devices are installed on various pile drivers, together forming the core of the intelligent pile driving system. The Beidou satellite positioning system is used to monitor the drilling position and ensure that the pile driver can carry out construction according to the preset position; The inclination sensor is used to monitor the verticality of the pile body, ensuring that the pile body remains vertical during the piling process; Current sensors are used to monitor changes in geological structures. By analyzing various parameter changes, the hardness of the geological structure can be determined, and the construction parameters of the pile driver can be adjusted accordingly.
