HFXJ700(XJ250) workover rig is a vehicle-mounted workover equipment with a maximum hook load of 675KN. The derrick height of 18, 21m, and 23m can be made according to user needs. It has a special self-propelled chassis, a drive form of 6×4, 6X6, flexible transportation, good off-road performance, and a special working device installed on it for workover operations.

Power system: high-speed diesel engine, hydraulic mechanical transmission structure; engine 175KW~257KW, excellent performance, standard configuration BY350 hydraulic transmission.

Derrick assembly: double-section telescopic derrick, hydraulic lifting and telescoping. The inclination angle is 5.5°, which is adjusted by adjusting the lead screw; the crane is an integral box-type structure, and the crane platform is equipped with guardrails.

Winch assembly: single drum structure, maximum fast rope tension of 120KN, belt or disc brake, air-cooled structure. The reversing valve adopts a dual-control structure of air control and manual control, which is simple and labor-saving to operate, and the pipeline layout is concise. The rated working pressure of the hydraulic system of this machine is 14Mpa

Main uses:

1. When repairing a well, lift and lower downhole tools such as oil pipes, sucker rods, and deep well pumps;

2. When cleaning an oil well, lift and lower the plug and salvage objects at the bottom of the well;

3. Drill cement plugs and other well repair operations;

4. Pump out the oil well during oil testing;
