HFXJ1600 (XJ650) workover rig is a vehicle-mounted workover equipment with a maximum hook load of 1580KN, a derrick height of 34m, a workover depth of 8500m (73mmEUE), a nominal overhaul depth of 5500m (3-1/2 drill pipe), and a drilling depth of 2500m (114mm drill pipe).

The whole machine can be divided into two parts: a special self-propelled chassis with a drive form of 12×8; a special working device installed on the upper part for workover operations.

Derrick assembly: double-section telescopic derrick, hydraulic lifting and telescoping. The inclination angle is 3.3°, which is adjusted by a screw; the crane is an integral box-type structure, and the crane platform is equipped with a guardrail. Winch assembly: single drum structure, maximum fast rope tension of 210KN, belt or disc brake, equipped with EATON WCB224 disc auxiliary brake, the auxiliary brake has reliable performance and a uniform drilling speed.

Liquid-gas control system: The hydraulic oil pump adopts a gear oil pump with strong pollution resistance and reliable performance. The reversing valve adopts a dual control structure of air control and manual control. The operation is simple and labor-saving, and the pipeline layout is concise.
